In 1981 East Tenn. Rent-Alls, located in Johnson City, Tennessee, signed an agreement to sell and service Bobcat products, under the name Baxter Equipment Co. Our sales and rental agricultural, industrial, and construction equipment inventories features new and used attachments, compact excavators, parts, track loaders, utility vehicles, skid steer loaders, and much more here in TN.

Today, we are a full service dealer that operates in a new state-of-the-art facility that opened in October 2004, located at 3711 Bristol Hwy. East Tenn. Rent-Alls continues to provide the people and businesses of Northeast TN (Mountain Empire region) high quality new and used Bobcat construction equipment sales, attachments and services.

In 2005, Baxter Equipment was renamed to "Bobcat of the Mountain Empire" to further lay commitment and dedication to providing the Mountain Empire region in Tennessee with the highest in compact equipment ownership and rental experience. Bobcat of the Mountain Empire has over 10,000 square feet of construction equipment sales showroom, parts merchandising, and service area to handle complete support in Tennessee for your compact excavators, track loaders, utility vehicles, and skid steer loaders.
